Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.
STEP 1: FILL OUT CONTACT INFORMATION
- Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
STEP 2: FILL OUT PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
- Provide the participant’s full name and age.
- List any medical conditions or special considerations we should be aware of.
STEP 3: SELECT YOUR CLASS TIME
- Select the class time that best fits your schedule:
- Ages 5 to 7 (3:30-4:30)
- Ages 7 to 11 (4:30-5:30)
- Ages 11 and up (5:30-6:30)
STEP 4: SELECT YOUR PAYMENT OPTION
- Credit/Debit Card: Enter your payment details to complete your registration.
- ESA Funds: If paying with ESA funds, select the ESA payment option and follow the special instructions provided in your confirmation email.
- Please note for ESA funds, credit card information is required to complete check out but no charge will apply to your card. Please reach out if you have any questions.
STEP 5: READ AND AGREE TO LIABILITY WAIVER
- Read and acknowledge our liability waiver and class policies.
- Print and fill out the liability waiver and bring to the first class.
- A liability waiver must be on file before participation is allowed.
STEP 6: SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION
- Click the "Yes! Sign Me Up!" button to finalize your registration.
- You will receive a confirmation email with class details and additional instructions.
CLASS LOCATION INFORMATION
Classes are held at Rockwell Park located in Shamrock Estates. Major crossroads are Higley Road and Chandler Heights Road in Gilbert, AZ.
ESA CLASS WALLET PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you are using the pay through class wallet option, please follow these steps to ensure proper processing:
Select the ESA payment option, fill in the remaining information on the checkout form, and then hit the "Yes! Sign Me Up! button.
You will receive an invoice through the email provided.
Submit your ESA payment request through ClassWallet using the provided invoice details.
Your registration will be confirmed once the ESA payment is processed. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund is available up until the day class starts. If you have questions, please contact us before your session begins.
